Print Audit’s High Net Promoter Score Reflects Loyal, Happy Customers
Press release from: Print Audit
(openPR) - With a Net Promoter score of 76% and rising, print management company Print Audit® continues to put the customer experience first
CALGARY, ALBERTA (April 7, 2010) – In recent years, many business and marketing experts have discovered that the answer to measuring customer satisfaction is hidden in a simple question: “How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?" Developed by Bain & Company consultant Fred Reichheld over thirty years ago, the Net Promoter system is used by thousands of customer focused companies around the world.
A company’s Net Promoter score can be used to measure customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and overall growth potential. This week, print management company Print Audit® announced a Net Promoter score of 76% and growing – a score that is considered very high. In a 2010 Net Promoter report published by Satmetrix Systems Inc., the highest scoring company in the software sector was Adobe Systems with a score of 37%.
To establish a Net Promoter score, customers rate their likelihood of recommending the company on a scale of 1 to 10. Responses are then broken into three groups: promoters (9 and 10), passives (7 and 8) and detractors (0 through 6) and the percentage of detractors is subtracted from the percentage of promoters. The majority of international companies have Net Promoter scores of less than 20%.
Print Audit has achieved their commendable Net Promoter score through its ongoing commitment to customer service, which includes follow-up surveys and free technical support. In addition, the leading print management company attributed its strong survey responses to their commitment to product quality and their attention to detail during product testing.
As a result of Print Audit’s commitment to customer service, the company has received over 250 customer testimonials which can be viewed at the following URL:
