Mandat Consulting Group makes world-wide Mentor Program available to service professionals in Germany. Dr. Guido Quelle is the only accredited mentor in German-language countries.
(openPR) - Dr. Guido Quelle, managing partner of Mandat Consulting Group of Dortmund (Germany), has been accredited as a Mentor Master for the world-wide Mentor Program set up by Dr. Alan Weiss, the management expert known as the “Million Dollar Consultant.” Quelle was presented with the accreditation certificate in London a short while ago.
“Guido Quelle has been certified in the Mentor Mastery Program because of his outstanding ability to generate business results for his clients and to mentor consultants in the processes and techniques that created that huge success. Dr. Quelle is one of less than two dozen people in the world, one of the few resources in Europe and the only resource of his kind in Germany who have received this accreditation so far,” Alan Weiss explains.
“The Mentor Program is intended to significantly increase the success of consulting service providers. It is directed at all providers of professional consulting services who wish to create greater value for their clients,” says Dr. Quelle. Therefore, he continues, the world-wide network included management consultants as well as architects, consulting engineers, IT consultants, PR experts, and journalists. Weiss had set up the Mentor Program in 1996. Since then, he had assisted more than 700 consultants. Dr. Quelle himself had worked with Alan Weiss since 2006. A significant part of Mandat’s success in creating profitable growth for its clients was based directly on this co-operation.
“In addition to the direct assistance provided by myself, we offer membership in an international network of several hundred colleagues,” Dr. Quelle announces. Each of Dr. Quelle’s “mentees” was given access to Alan Weiss’ private consultants’ forum on the Internet known as “Alan’s Forums” where participants provide selective advice to one another. “Within this global network that extends from Canada via Europe and Asia to New Zealand professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” Dr. Quelle explains.
Quelle wants to select his future mentees carefully: “A mentor is not a yes man but somebody who challenges the mentee.” Of course the mentee had to want that, too.
