The vogt group prepares itself for the future market of Turkey and strikes up a partnership with local company ‘DAS Enerji’.

Energy & Environment
Press release from: vogt group SE
(openPR) - Berlin, March 2010. In the field of photovoltaics, Turkey is one of the most commercially interesting regions in Europe: geographically seen as the intersection between three continents, one of the highest incidences of solar radiation in the world, as well as having a population with an ever-growing energy requirement.
This year expects to see a further law passed in Turkey to promote renewable energy, providing added incentive for investors, such as a new feed-in tariff for photovoltaic installations.
With its well-founded knowledge and experience as a comprehensive service provider for the photovoltaic industry, the vogt group SE is therefore cooperating with the company ‘DAS Enerji’, Turkey.

The benefits of this partnership are plain to see: in ‘DAS Enerji’, the vogt group has a strong partner at its side with experience in the energy sector and in the field of engineering. The dynamic company, with the ability to react both quickly and competently, gives customers and investors the security that the vogt group’s knowledge will be transferred to the Turkish market.
Clear advantages of ‘DAS Enerji’ are its long-term strategic thinking plus its will to establish on the market as one of the most important companies in the Turkish solar industry. ‘We believe in Turkey’s potential and are counting on the support of the vogt group to set up sustainable energy production in the country.’ (Mahmut Yurteri, Managing Director DAS Enerji, www.dasenergy.com)
The vogt group is also looking confidently at the coming months: ‘The close collaboration already in place with ‘DAS Enerji’ means that we can immediately realise projects in Turkey in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We can thus offer our Turkish customers German expertise at local conditions. We are confident that the relevance of the Turkish market for solar energy will continue to increase. For the vogt group, Turkey is already our number one priority.‘ Dagmar Vogt, Managing Director of the vogt group SE

The internationally structured vogt group SE, together with its subsidiaries, combines established knowledge about the planning and operation of factories in the photovoltaic industry. Besides, vogt group SE realizes the planning and realization of Solar Power Plants, at the moment developing the biggest power plant in the world in Brandenburg (Germany) with a total capacity of 120 MWp. The vogt group SE was founded in August 2008 with headquarters in Berlin. The group accommodates subsidiaries of ib vogt in several countries, the company vogt – factory life cycle support and the newly founded vogt solar.
In a 20-edition study series, the DCTI (German CleanTech Institute – an independent economic research institute) sheds light on the country’s clean technology industry. vogt solar’s commitment to clean technology first earned it the distinction of being named a ‘DCTI CleanTech Driver’ in 2009. Here you can read the full interview with Dagmar Vogt (CEO) and Carel Zwankhuizen (Managing Director), in which they explain their understanding of and commitment to clean technologies: www.vogt-solar.de
