(Singapore) March 8, 2010 -- How have the Carbon market dynamics changed since Copenhagen? Investors and developers face uncertainties over the future of the industry, as COP15 did not reach a comprehensive solution on emission reduction targets, an especially critical issue when the Kyoto protocol ends in 2012.
