Effective January 1, 2010, Lucie Heymann has been appointed Director of Professional Services at Ungerboeck Systems International GmbH, the leading event management software provider. This position was created in line with an organisational change to further strengthen customer services. In her capacity as Director of Professional Services, Lucie Heymann will oversee all consulting and client delivery activities for the EMEA region, including Customer Support and the development and delivery of client education and training. With this adaptation of the organisational structure, all Customer Service activities will be managed by one central position. “We are convinced that our outstanding software can only cover our customer’s demanding requirements supported by a very client-focused organisational structure”, explains Thorsten Kolbinger, General Manager USI EMEA and adds: “With Lucie Heymann, we could assign this task to a first-class leader.” Since 2004 Lucie Heymann has gained extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management as a USI consultant and through the expansion of Client Care services as team lead, before having been appointed Regional Services Manager in 2008.
