(openPR) - "Towards Global Harmonisation 2005 - Achieving a Common Understanding of Safe and Sustainable Agriculture" to be held in Paris/France on 17-19 October 2005"
The key goal of the EurepGAP standard is to provide re-assurance to consumers on the safety and sustainability of agricultural products. The world’s supply chain is rapidly getting bigger and as it expands, so does the need for widely implemented and equivalent production standards.
Our expert speakers will offer their concrete examples and unique insights on how they are meeting these challenges. There will be plenty of opportunity to share best practice and discuss what more needs to be done to take the industry further down the path of harmonised Good Agricultural Practices.
Through specifically designed workshops this is a major opportunity to influence the future content of the EurepGAP standards. If your interest is in certain product sectors only you can register just for these:
17/18 October Integrated Farm Assurance: Aquaculture, Livestock and Combinable Crops
18/19 October Fruit and Vegetables, Flowers and Ornamentals
