About Lauch McKinnon
Mr. McKinnon is a banking professional and entrepreneur who focus on enabling and facilitating success cultures in organizations ranging from start-ups to turn-arounds. He spent 18 years as a bank Chief Executive Officer including two new bank charters and the successful turn-around of two banks with regulatory challenges. As Organizing President and CEO of RockBridge Commercial Bank, McKinnon subscribed the highest level of capitalization for a new back charter in Georgia state history. As President and CEO of Bank of Hiawassee, he obtained relief from regulatory action in nine months and increased net income by 98.3% in only a four year period.
