About Lauch McKinnon
Mr. McKinnon is a banking professional and entrepreneur who focus on enabling and facilitating success cultures in organizations ranging from start-ups to turn-arounds. He spent 18 years as a bank Chief Executive Officer including two new bank charters and the successful turn-around of two banks with regulatory challenges. As Organizing President and CEO of RockBridge Commercial Bank, McKinnon subscribed the highest level of capitalization for a new back charter in Georgia state history. As President and CEO of Bank of Hiawassee, he obtained relief from regulatory action in nine months and increased net income by 98.3% in only a four year period. He was also Organizing President and CEO of North Georgia Bank and President and CEO of Volunteer Bank. He is also founder and Principal of McKinnon Associates, Inc., a consulting and executive selection firm with a cumulative success rate of 92% on assignments. He is currently a Vistage Chair and has been an active member in the organization since 2003.
