New TotalCare IT Support Service launched by DMC Software

DMC has started 2010 in the way they mean go on by relaunching TotalCare. The new and improved IT support service designed for small to medium businesses.

DMC Software has partnered with, the UK renowned, BT in order to offer a more comprehensive TotalCare IT Support service, utilising the nationwide mobile service team and remote diagnostic systems to ensure first touch resolution and system recovery. In addition, DMC Software have adopted a modular structure which allows business to select the level of service that suits both organisational requirements and budget- vital as the country recovers from the economic crisis of 2009.

With TotalCare IT Support, DMC Software takes responsibility for the IT requirements of an organisation providing users with the benefits of an in-house IT department at a fraction of the cost.
