(openPR) - SAP consultant itelligence announces successful production start-up at ITFLAT.de®
Bielefeld, January 14, 2010 – They planned it together and set it together
– a new record. ITFLAT.de® and itelligence have announced the successful introduction of SAP after just 35 days. As such, these two companies have successfully completed their core SAP project within the time they had predicted. 15 ITFLAT.de® employees are now working with the SAP industry solution it.compact service.
After implementing this solution in record time, the next step for ITFLAT.de® is the introduction of SAP BusinessObjects and SAP CRM on the basis of it.compact CRM. The two companies, the client and the consultant itelligence, have allowed themselves just 65 days for the entire project. As well as the two companies’ high level of service expertise, the basis for this successful timetable is the preconfigured SAP solution for the service industry “it.compact service” produced by itelligence.
Thomas Barsch, Managing Director of ITFLAT.de® explains: “It might sound a little strange at first, saying this about SAP implementation in my own company, but it really was a great time. We achieved something unheard-of up until now - getting a really great preconfigured SAP system like it.compact service up and running in our operations so quickly.”
Steffen Weinmann, Managing Director of ITFLAT.de® explains: “Success like this is only achieved with an excellent project team on both sides. A detailed account of the course of the project can also be found in our online blog at www.rent-and-run.de. We are now about to enter the next exciting stages of this expansion.”
Wolfgang Kröner, itelligence AG, Manager of the Midmarket Compact business area: “Everything went extremely smoothly, as the entire project team did the best possible job in implementing the project method for the it.compact service industry solution. In particular, knowledge transfer via SAP tutors in the form of tutorials and integrated user support through industry-oriented ergonomic interfaces were key elements in making this progress. I am pleased that we were able to support our customer so successfully in order to achieve a speed record over Christmas and New Year.”
In the form of its it.compact range, itelligence, the extremely successful consulting company focusing on SME, offers its customers SAP expertise which has already been very extensively expanded to meet sector requirements. These refinements will later save time on project implementation and are already available for a whole range of industries as well as being subject to constant further development. In the case of the customer, ITFLAT.de®, sector-specific features have already been linked to the compact versions of SAP Business Objects and CRM.
