(openPR) - For the first time since the Austrian Trosoft GmbH changed to became xyzmo GmbH now, the company presents its innovative solutions in Digital Sealing and Digital Signature at the DMS trade fair in Köln in hall 8, boot J64.
Since quite a while, the Digitale Signature is of high interest for enterprises, but due to xyzmo’s solutions a new era has started. Absolutely easy to implement in existing IT-structures of companies, even easier to use, both the xyzmo product lines xyzmo Seal and SIGNificant offer customer advantages, which do not only reduce costs most substantially, but allow to improve security significantly for all documents signed and sent online. An additional advantage is saving time and hence reducing the workload.
Origin of the xyzmo solutions were the concept to transfer the human practice of signing and stamping documents into the virtual world resulting in the xyzmo Seal and SIGNificant. This process enables ongoing digital workflows by providing a maximum of security and verification.
The technological expertise and the understanding of customers’ needs by the xyzmo GmbH include user-friendly solutions as well for situations, where the workflow still depends on paperwork. The xyzmo Seal offers here by its integrated barcode highest protection and process information on printed documents, e.g., delivery notes or transcripts. The barcode included in the printout presents all important information, which can be transferred back into online systems by simple scanning with a barcode reader. This guarantees a holistic use of the xyzmo Seal.
xyzmo developed a best practice solution. Evidence for this is provided by its intensive daily use by banks and Telecom companies, but as well by defense forces, which acknowledged the extremely high security standards. Negotiations with governments for e-government solutions are presently taking place, too.
The xyzmo CEO, Dr. Gerald Cäsar, has formulated the objectives of the DMS exhibition by meeting corporate end customers on one hand, but as well to address to distribution partners, who are interested in reselling the xyzmo Seal and SIGNificant applications or using them for their own product offers by an OEM-distribution.
The xyzmo GmbH is very confident, to generate high awareness by the international platform, the DMS, Köln, is offering and to be able to present its software-applications xyzmo Seal and SIGNificant to a broad public.
On 1st July 2004, the worldwide acknowledged stamp-manufacturer Trodat from Wels, Austria, constituted its fully owned subsidiary Trosoft. From its very first day, the business-objective consisted of the development and the distribution of visible, secure marking-technologies for the electronic traffic of documents.
After two-years of intensive research and development a standard setting product-family by range of functionality and user-friendliness was ready for the markets. With analogies to traditional and simple working processes, it was Trosoft’s target to make digital security as simple as usual signing or stamping.
On 22nd March 2006, the group of investors Real4You and Dr. Gerald Cäsar purchased 60% of Trosoft. Further shares are owned by the previous Managing Directors Thomas Pühringer (MA) and the engineer Walter Sieberer-Kefer.
Actually xyzmo® employs 30 co-workers and is represented in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, USA and South Africa.
