Palmyra and Eastern Lebanon County School Districts Select K12 Enterprise as their Financial and Human Resources Management Software
Press release from: K12 Enterprise
(openPR) - K12 Enterprise, a provider of enterprise-grade financial and human resource management software for K through 12 schools, announced that Palmyra and Eastern Lebanon County School Districts have implemented K12 Enterprise software. The school districts, which are located just east of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, chose the software to streamline financial operations, improve reporting procedures, and reduce administrative costs.
“We chose K12 Enterprise for its strong accounting, HR, payroll, and reporting functionality,” said Gwen Boltz, business manager for Eastern Lebanon County School District. “Our site visit to Central Bucks school district allowed us to see all of the product’s functionality in a real world setting. We were impressed with the technology and saw how we could streamline our financial operations using K12 Enterprise.”
The two districts combined efforts when reviewing school accounting software and had specific requirements for making their decision. Their criteria included functionality, reporting, user interface, price, experience with Pennsylvania schools, service, and technology. Both districts purchased the fund accounting, HR and payroll product modules as well as state reports. Built on Microsoft Dynamics, K12 Enterprise uses the best of Microsoft technology and provides additional functionality just for schools. K12 Enterprise also specializes in providing school state reports such as PSERS, PIMS, PDE 339 and 2105, and more.
“Seeing the success that Central Bucks school district had with K12 Enterprise gave us confidence that it could fulfill our needs,” said Darcy Brenner-Smith, director of business affairs for Palmyra Area School District. “This is an important investment for our district and we exercised due diligence to make a sound decision.”
Eastern Lebanon has six schools and serves over 2,000 students. Palmyra School District serves over 3,000 students in five schools. AVF Consulting, a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and K12 Enterprise partner, provides the implementation, training and services to the districts.

Your portal is fast, simple, and easy to use. Others may have more functions but they also demand more editing time, you have to preformat the text in order to achieve a good result etc.
