The school districts, which are located just east of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, chose the software to streamline financial operations, improve reporting procedures, and reduce administrative costs.

The two districts combined efforts when reviewing school accounting software and had specific requirements for making their decision. Their criteria included functionality, reporting, user interface, price, experience with Pennsylvania schools, service, and technology. Both districts purchased the fund accounting, HR and payroll product modules as well as state reports.
