Bank of the West Increases Document Management and Storage Efficiencies with Treeno Software’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Solution

Implemented a year ago at the bank’s Managed Services division in Oregon, Treeno’s software is used to store and manage over 30,000 lease schedule documents. It also provides the bank’s customers with secure remote access to their documents through Treeno’s publishing portal.

As a result, we have been able to do more work with the same number of people and are saving about 40 hours per month to scan documents using the bar coding automation provided by Treeno.”

According to Gross, Bank of the West selected Treeno over other solutions due to the product’s flexibility and cost effectiveness, as well as the company’s ability to meet the bank’s tight timeline for implementation. In addition, there were positive references for Treeno both from divisions within the bank who were currently using the product and from other existing clients.
