(openPR) - Santiago. December 1st 2009. Navix S.A., announces the establishment of a regional office which will coordinate projects in the Southern tip of Africa, mainly South Africa, Namibia in neighboring countries where mining, telecom and technology world class companies operate.
Navix’ CEO Eduardo E. Elgueta, states: “Our company already runs projects located in the area and this move recognizes the growing market for high level business technology consultancy, particularly in South Africa”.
As for South Africa’s marketplace, Eduardo Elgueta declares: “Although 2009 can not be characterized as a boom year, sustained demand of commodites and significant public investments in infrastructure for 2010 World Cup have mitigated the impact of international crisis, making South Africa one of the best positioned nations to take advantage of reactivation, specially those companies counting on adequate finance and management”.
Mr. Elgueta foresees: “Our presence in South Africa will ease our expansion into that continent, Europe and the Middle East, while helping us to provide an improved support to our global customers.”
Navix South Africa will open offices in Johannesburg in January 2010 employing local technical and commercial workforce.
The appointed manager for this regional office, Mr. Jèrôme Marcq, adds: “South Africa’s cultural wealth and importance at continental level make up the appropriate environment for taking the best out of our practices, new technological developments and innovative products. South Africans will provide the necessary high quality professional and human contribution that Navix will call for while offering jobs, training and professional development.”
