Revize Software Systems is pleased to announce that their client, Hutto, TX, has won the 2018 TAMI Award for best website.

Among the highlights of this year’s annual Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers’ (TAMIO) conference was the TAMI Awards Banquet on June 7th during which Hutto, TX was recognized as having the state’s best website for cities with a population up to 100,000.

“We are ecstatic to have played a role in helping Hutto win this award,” said Revize Business Development Director Joseph Nagrant. “This year, there were over 300 entries, but Hutto and their superb website stood out for a lot of reasons.”

Eliska S. Padilla, Executive Director of Communications and Public Information Officer for the City of Hutto was equally effusive about the win. “This was a huge undertaking, and Revize was really easy to work with,” she said. “The design was solid, and Revize did a really good job on migration. The support team was also fabulous!”

Padilla is especially pleased with the dynamic elements of her city’s new website. “It’s a complex site with a lot of elements, and Revize’s dynamic design makes the site look terrific no matter what it’s being viewed on.”

This was no small accomplishment, especially given the fact that after the design process was already underway, the city drastically shortened the project timeline, slashing three months off the completion date. Nevertheless, Revize came through in a big way.

Padilla also noted that the Revize content management system is by far superior to others she has used in the past.

“It’s critically important to our team that all users – the city employees responsible for managing content as well as site visitors -- have an excellent experience,” said Akshaya Ray, Revize Chief Technology Officer.
