DIGITUS® extends its range with a 150Mbps Wireless LAN Adapter
DN-7044-1
The antenna of the DN-7044 adapter provides an increased signal so that longer distances can be covered, compared to the stick. The pedestal base of the DN-7044-1 adapter also allows optimum positioning for an upright antenna with even better reception and transmission quality. The especially small DN-7043-3 adapter is ideal for mobile use since it only projects by about 12 mm out of the USB port. The USB-Wireless LAN-Adapter DN-7043-3 also has an internal high performance antenna to cover long distances at home and underway, in spite of its compact size.
802.11n technology suitable for streaming music and films, online games and for VoIP uses its triple capacity to take over from the Wireless LAN-g-Standard with a transmission rate of only 54 Mbps. The user can expect a wireless transmission rate of up to 150 MBit/s when a suitable router is used.
