The Microsoft Partner Network, formerly the Microsoft Partner Program, is a community born from the continued commitment to serve the needs of partners and to help them and their customers reach their full potential. The Gold Partner designation recognizes GoIWx's expertise and total impact in the Microsoft technology marketplace.

GoIWx has again been conferred with Microsoft Competencies in Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Hosting Solutions and recognized as a Small Business Specialist. Microsoft Competencies (https://partner.microsoft.com/global/program/competencies/) certify an in-depth technical and business expertise in specific domains and defined areas of specialization. This provides a platform for GoIWx to showcase unique skills to potential partners or customers and aligning their business with Microsoft's software and technology initiatives.

Renewing Gold Partner status for 2010 presented several significant changes and involved both GoIWx' partners and customers. Engagement in the renewal process included providing customer references and for those customers to take in-depth questionnaires called The Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys. The survey is a fast and effective survey solution provided by Microsoft. Beginning on October 1st 2009, Microsoft partners re-enrolling at the Gold Certified level must have participated in a CSAT Index survey before re-enrolling and must receive 10 or more survey responses in a survey period (quarterly). Benefits of CSAT are compiled analytics which designate a numerical score for various aspects of solution delivery. They create an opportunity for ongoing conversations with customers and can help understand their business needs and provide an opportunity to exceed their expectations. GoIWx had an over 80% survey completion rate and scored nearly 100% customer satisfaction.
