WeWebU Software AG, specialist for Enterprise Information Management (EIM) standard software, has completed its change into a stock corporation and introduces the members of its new Executive and Supervisory Board. The company’s founders Stefan Waldhauser and Jens Dahl as well as the former advisor Joerg Limberg are now assisted by three more experienced and very successful top managers: Michael Salleck, Andreas Lannes and Thomas Leitner.

Executive Board:
• Stefan Waldhauser (CEO / Chairman)
After finishing his studies of business mathematics at the University of Marburg / Lahn, Stefan Waldhauser (born in 1967) started his career in 1993 at DATEV e.G. As software engineer and project leader, he gathered extensive experience in the field of ECM and BPM. With his outstanding knowledge of this market, Stefan Waldhauser set up WeWebU in 2000 and has turned it into an internationally operating software vendor company since then. From the first day one, he has run WeWebU as CEO and is now responsible for corporate strategy, finance, human resources as well as product development.
• Jens Dahl (CTO)
Jens Dahl (born in 1967) had studied business administration and information systems at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg before he started working in the field of ECM at DATEV e.G. Together with Stefan Waldhauser, he founded WeWebU in 2000. Today he is its CTO and responsible for the fields of professional services, support and internal IT.
• Joerg Limberg (COO)
Joerg Limberg (born in 1967) has studied engineering at Technical University Munich and worked for internationally leading American software enterprises in different positions in sales and higher management on a European level for many years. During his career he worked e.g. at Parametric Technology, Rational Software (today IBM), Open Text and Business Objects (today SAP). In September 2008, Joerg Limberg joined WeWebU’s advisory board. After WeWebU’s change to a stock corporation in 2009, he has been appointed as COO and is now responsible for sales and marketing.

Supervisory Board:
• Michael Salleck (Chairman)
Michael Salleck (born 1959) has graduated in law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Since 1987, he has been a lawyer for national and international company and tax law as well as business law and more. Michael Salleck brings a wealth of experience as successful entrepreneur and as supervisory board member of several companies. He has been the chairman of WeWebU Software AG’s supervisory board since 2009.
• Andreas Lannes (Deputy Chairman)
Andreas Lannes (born 1961) graduated in informatics at the Bundeswehr (Armed Forces) University of Munich. After supplementary studies in business administration, he has lead operations at several international IT services companies and has co-founded and lead a very successful start-up company as IT consultancy. Today he is partner at Lodestone Management Consultants AG and CEO of the German office. Andreas Lannes has wide management experience and has supported WeWebU’s supervisory board since 2009.
• Thomas Leitner (Supervisory Board Member)
Thomas Leitner (born in 1962) graduated in business management at the University of Mannheim and has worked for dynamically growing software companies as well as internationally acting IT groups ever since: As CEO of MIS GmbH, he was responsible for their growth to the leading European provider of business intelligence solutions and for planning their IPO. Leitner also brings extensive knowledge of the ECM sector, having led the German sales organization of FileNet until 2005.. Now he works as Senior Vice President for Central Europe at CA, the fourth largest software enterprise in the world. As a member of WeWebU’s supervisory board he advises the executives in important matters concerning sales as well as strategy.
